Prices and reductions
All prices are per person per night, VAT included.
The local tourism charge for all people over 14 years old is 1,75 € per person per night.

Reductions for children
Family room: children up to 3 years in the parents' room free of charge.
Children from 3-8 years in the parents' room : - 50%
Children from 8-10 years in parents' room : - 20%

Pets
Pets are welcome. The price is 5€ per pet per night without food.

Supplements and conditions of payment
Deposit: We require written reservations by email. The reservation is secured once the deposit of 100,00 € per week has been paid.
Please use your name as a reference when transferring the sum.
Payment: Please pay in cash (cash can be withdrawn via the cash machine on site).
Since 1 January 2023, when Decree-Law No. 201/2011 came into force, it is no longer permitted to pay sums in excess of 4.999,99 Euro in cash. The following payment methods are permitted: non-transferable cheque, bank transfer.

Conditions of arrival and departure
Check-in: From 2 o´clock pm. Please let us know if you expect to arrive late.
Check-out: Until 10 o´clock am. Other departure times can be arranged on request.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellations at short notice (1 week before the commencement of your booking), we will retain your deposit. In the event of a late arrival or an early departure, we charge 25% of the remaining cost of the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
